During this 6-week course, we will explore personality theory using the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, and well-establish, reputable and reliable model based on the work of eminent swiss psychologist, Carl Jung. You will explore the theory and apply it to your own unique approach to life in order to become more aware of WHY you take the approaches that you do, as well as when you are at your best and when a required approach may take more effort and energy. The programme looks like this:

Week 1 - Understanding Personality
Week 2 - Where you direct and receive energy
Week 3 - Information you gather and trust
Week 4 - How you make decisions
Week 5 - Your approach to the world around you/your lifestyle
Week 6 - Understanding your 'Best Fit' Type & Consolidation
As your programme ends, you can walk away with a clear plan for implementing type-theory into all areas of your life, becoming a more understanding, aware and tolerant person that wins in all relationships. Why undertake this type of coaching?
Increasing your level of self-awareness can be hugely enlightening. Perhaps you don't know why you do things the way you do. Perhaps you struggle when other people take very different approaches to life that you do not understand. Perhaps others struggle with your approach, and find it 'odd'. MBTI is strengths-based, and there are no right or wrong ways to be. Once we understand our own and others unique approach, we are better able to adapt our style and influence, as well as play to our own strengths and value diversity in our own and others approach. Connecting with people, creating trust and finding what we have in common is paramount, and empathic relationships achieve all of these things. This type of coaching can also improve levels of patience, stress and anxiety. It's also about defining responsibility and accountability, which helps to focus on how we support each other, rather than blame each other.
About This Coaching
Personality Coaching is a mix of coaching and learning, and as such, your coach will do a bit more talking than is typical as they will be training you on Personality Theory as well as exploring your own unique approach. Sessions are relaxed, non-judgemental, safe spaces for exploration. You will be challenged, but always in an empathic way. As with any good coaching, the sessions are client-centred - it's about YOU and what YOU need to get out of it, and we'll always work firmly within your span of control.
What does it cost?
